The Smiles app is the UAE’s ultimate super app, bringing together food, groceries, home services, lifestyle offers, travel deals, rewards, and more—all in one place. With Smiles, you can enjoy thousands of exclusive discounts, Buy 1 Get 1 offers, and special promotions across multiple categories. Every time you shop, order, or book through the app, you earn Smiles Points that you can redeem for even more savings, making every transaction rewarding.

Absolutely. Smiles offers are available in all major cities across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond, with location-specific deals based on your area. You can earn and use your Smiles Points no matter where you are in the country.

Three ways to earn Smiles points:
  • Spend on e& services;
  • Order food & grocery, book home services or buy cash vouchers on Smiles app using credit/debit card;
  • Use Smiles cobranded credit cards.

Use Smiles Points to pay for food and grocery orders, home services, and e& bills and recharges, or redeem them for cash and discount vouchers at 3,000+ partner outlets across the UAE.

There are three Smiles tiers - Silver, Gold and Diamond. For each AED 1 spent on eligible e& valid services, Silver tier members earn 1 Smiles point, 2 Smiles points for Gold, and up to 10 Smiles points for Diamond members.

You can download Smiles for free from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery. Just search for "Smiles" and install.
